In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and maintain a good relationship between merchants and consumers, this jewelry return and refund rules are formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Return Refund Policy

1️⃣30 DAYS NO REASON TO RETURN AND REFUND: Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise, you can apply for a return if you feel uncomfortable wearing the item or find the item unattractive. Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged merchandise with all accessories and original packaging.

2️⃣90 DAYS RETURNS OF ENERGY JEWELRY: Within 90 days from the date of receipt, you may choose to return our energy jewelry if it has not made a good impact on you. Again, the returned item must be in good condition with all accessories and packaging.

3️⃣Natural Gemstone Characteristics Note: Some of the jewelry we sell is made of pure natural gemstones, as natural gemstones are formed in the natural environment, each one has unique qualities, so there may be cotton wool, cracks and other natural characteristics, these are normal phenomena, not a quality problem, not in the scope of the return. Please fully understand and accept such characteristics of natural gemstones before purchase.

Up to 1 year service cycle

Within one year of purchase, we can help you with free after-sales service, including magnetic field purification, energizing, and rope replacement. You just need to contact our customer service to explain your needs and send the item back to the designated address, we will send it back to you as soon as possible after processing.

Return Process

1️⃣Within the timeframe that you are eligible to return your product, you must submit a return request to us through the iKarmaGems customer service channel or by email at support@ikarmagems.com, stating the reason for your return.

2️⃣Our customer service staff will review the application within one working day after receiving the application to confirm whether your application meets the return conditions.

3️⃣If the request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and other relevant information. You will need to send back the item(s) as requested within seven days of receiving the return information.

4️⃣We will process your refund within seven working days after we receive the returned goods and check that they are correct. The refund will be made according to your original payment method and the arrival time may vary depending on the payment channel.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to you in the currency you used to pay for your order and will be made using the same method of payment as you used to pay for your order, we are unable to issue refunds to any other card or bank account. If a currency conversion is required for a refund to be issued, the current currency exchange rate will be used for the conversion, not the currency exchange rate at the time the order was placed. Currency conversion fees will be charged at the time of conversion of the payment amount, and currency conversion and credit card fees will not be refunded at the time of refund. Credit card refunds may take a few days to arrive.
